Reuters is reporting that Kpler and Powernext plan to launch an LNG trading platform in Singapore later this year.
In March, Kpler and Powernext combined their resources to set up Spark Commodities in Singapore, with Tim Mendelssohn, formerly of Koch Supply and Trading and BP, as its managing director.
